To streamline incident management, we introduced the ServiceNow integration. By connecting Squadcast with ServiceNow, teams can centralize ticketing and incident workflows, making collaboration seamless and efficient.
Alert fatigue is a common challenge, and our Intelligent Alert Grouping feature addresses it head-on. By clustering similar alerts, teams can focus on solving the most pressing issues without being overwhelmed by noise.
Stakeholder Groups allow teams to notify the right individuals without spamming everyone. This feature ensures efficient communication and keeps stakeholders informed without unnecessary clutter.

Audit Logs provide a detailed chronological record of all user activities and changes. Teams can use this feature to enhance security, simplify management, and streamline compliance and incident resolution.
Our Jira Notes Sync ensures seamless collaboration between Squadcast and Jira. Comments added in Jira are reflected in Squadcast Incident Notes, and vice versa, helping teams maintain a unified workflow.
Weekly Reports deliver a comprehensive summary of incident management metrics. With these insights, teams can identify opportunities for improvement and foster better collaboration.
With Additional Responders, users can invite and notify extra team members during incident resolution. This facilitates a more coordinated and efficient response by bringing in additional expertise.
With Delayed Notifications, you can defer the delivery of incident notifications during non-business hours by configuring Service business/working hours
