We have full control over on-call issues as every user has access to Squadcast. Read-only access is free for stakeholder users. Pretty flexible in how each individual can choose how to be notified. I’ve setup almost all my professional and personal contact info in the notification chain. Incident exclusion and alert forwarding is really helpful when you don’t want to be disturbed.
