All credentials (for the third party apps you grant permission to), in Squadcast, are stored in an encrypted format.

Credit card information you provide is stored and processed by Stripe, a GDPR compliant payment platform qualified as PCI Service Provider Level 1. Please refer to Stripe for more details on their data security. No employee of Squadcast has access to credit card information (except for the last 4 digits of the card number, for identification purposes).
Data on Squadcast is accessed over a secure private network. The Squadcast platform is hosted on GCP, in SOC-II certified data centers located in the United States and Europe, validated against ISO 9001, 27001, 27017, and 27018.
All employees have restricted access to user accounts, customer support access is granted on a case-by-case basis as required for troubleshooting, and complete audit trails are maintained. Our Customer Reliability Engineers may need to check your application incident logs whenever needed to assist you with setup and troubleshooting. Any access to check your incident logs is made after a request made by you using email, chat or call.
We’ve carefully identified the areas of Squadcast where we collect user information and applied security and privacy safeguards across the entire ecosystem. At every step in our infrastructure, we ensure that we validate our legal basis for collecting and processing customer data.

Squadcast is committed to users' right to data privacy and respects the spirit of EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We now have a GDPR compliant Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Standard Contractual Clause (SCC), that our customers can optionally sign with us.
