Making Ticketing Systems More Complete

Squadcast serves as the backbone of incident management, enabling teams to streamline their response and resolution efforts. By integrating Squadcast with popular ticketing systems, such as Freshdesk, ServiceNow, and Zendesk, incident management becomes even more effective.

With Squadcast's integration capabilities, teams can automatically create tickets in these systems when new incidents are detected. This automation eliminates the need for manual ticket creation, saving time and ensuring every incident receives prompt attention and resolution. To learn more about how each integration can benefit your team, let's dive into the details.

Freshdesk - Create Freshdesk tickets for new Incidents

Freshdesk is a cloud-based solution, so businesses can access it from anywhere. It is also scalable, so businesses can easily add or remove users as needed. Freshdesk offers a variety of features to help businesses manage customer support tickets, including:

  1. Ticket creation and assignment
  2. Ticket tracking and reporting
  3. Knowledge base management

Streamline your incident management process and ensure timely resolution of issues by seamlessly creating tickets in Freshdesk when incidents are created in Squadcast. With this integration, your team can efficiently track and manage incidents while leveraging the power of Freshdesk's robust ticketing system.

  • Squadcast will then start recording the incident, so that you can playback the events and identify the root cause. This allows you to resolve incidents more quickly and efficiently.
  • You can also configure Freshdesk ticketing creation via Webhooks.

The integration between Freshdesk and Squadcast is webhook based so you can also create tickets in Freshdesk from within Squadcast. The steps to integrate Squadcast with Freshdesk using webhooks for creating tickets:
