Ready to establish Communication Channels swiftly once an Incident is resolved with Squadcast workflows? Start by configuring a workflow triggered by 'Incident Resolved.' Refine your criteria by filtering based on Alert, Services, Tags, and Priority.
Click on the Squadcast logo under 'Select to add action.' In the side panel, select 'Add Communication Channel.' Choose the type of channel desired. Input the link and optional text for your Communication Channel, and include multiple communication links if needed. Finally, click Save to directly add communication details to your Incident's communication card.
