Squadcast Workflows can help your team to ensure that necessary communication platforms or channels are established and attached to an incident promptly whenever an incident is acknowledged, making sure that the response team is instantly connected and aligned for immediate and effective communication for incident resolution.
To create communication channels using Squadcast Workflow when an incident is acknowledged, you need to configure a workflow and define the trigger as 'When the Incident is Acknowledged'. Then click on Squadcast Logo to Define an action and click on Add Communication Channel.
Then select the type of communication channel, and input the link of the channel with an optional display text for your channel. You can include multiple channels here. Click on Save and you are done.
