Automate sending Teams message when incident is resolved

To send a message on Microsoft Teams,Click on the Microsoft Teams logo under Select to add action -> In the side panel, click on Send a message to a specific Microsoft Teams Channel.

Squadcast central console- Consolidate Services, Alerts, and Operations
Enhance Incident Response: Automate, Inform, Streamline, and Boost Performance.

Select the user name from the options in the drop-down -> Enter the message you would like to be automatically sent.

Click Save. You'll have successfully added the new action.

This option supports templating variables, for the ones shown below:

It will be utilized as such: Message: {{event.incident_message}}
