How to setup On-Call rotations within Squadcast?

To setup On-Call rotations within Squadcast:

  1. Navigate to the "Schedules" tab and click "Add Schedule."
  2. Name your schedule and set the start time.
  3. Define shift rotations (daily, weekly, etc.) and set duration.
  4. Add team members to the schedule.
  5. Adjust any escalation policies as needed to handle incidents.
  6. Preview the final schedule and click "Save" to activate.
