- Navigate to the "Schedules" tab and click "Add Schedule."
- Name your schedule and set the start time.
- Define shift rotations (daily, weekly, etc.) and set duration.
- Add team members to the schedule.
- Adjust any escalation policies as needed to handle incidents.
- Preview the final schedule and click "Save" to activate.
