How to Create Blameless Postmortems in Squadcast?

How to Create Blameless Postmortems in Squadcast:

1. Navigate to the "Incident Details" page and click "Resolved" to see the resolved incidents
2. Hover over the resolved incident and click on “Start Postmortem”
3. You can select one of the Postmortem Templates from the drop-down.
4. The Postmortem Title is auto-populated with your Incident Name as default. 
5. You can select the Postmortem Status from the drop-down.
6. Click on “Edit” to edit the Postmortem template which is already filled with the incident details
7. You can also create a checklist of follow-ups that can be used to keep track of further actions
8. Click on Create to save the Postmortem

Once a Postmortem is created, any member of the Team with the right permissions can view and manage the Postmortem. For more, check the full guide here.
