Integration Details

Integration Steps

To integrate Squadcast with New Relic:

Navigate to Services -> Service Overview. Select/Search Service and expand accordion.
In Alert Sources, click Add. Choose New Relic. Copy Webhook URL. Click Add Alert Source -> Done.
Go to the Explorer dashboard in New Relic and add a workflow.
Select Issues and then enter the webhook channel's name, and Add a destination (Squadcast Webhook URL).
Choose previously created Squadcast Webhook as Destination, paste provided payload
