Integration Steps

To integrate Microsoft Teams & Squadcast

You'll need to be an account owner in Squadcast and MS Teams Admin or MS Teams team owner.
To enable the Squadcast extension, account owners or users with Manage Extensions permission can activate it within Squadcast settings.
Subsequently, you can install the Squadcast app from the Microsoft AppStore site or directly through the provided link.
After installation, configure notification channels by designating a default channel for notifications or creating channels for specific services or incidents.
Finally, set notification preferences by selecting the specific incident details and updates you wish to receive in your Teams channels.

Quickly jump into incident specific Teams channels, fostering efficient resolution of incidents
