Integration Steps

To integrate Intercom with Squadcast, follow these steps:

In Squadcast, navigate to Services and select or search for your Service. Then, expand the accordion and click on "Add" in the Alert Sources section.
Choose Intercom and copy the provided Webhook URL. Paste this URL into your Intercom settings to configure the integration. Click "Add Alert Source" and then "Done" to finish.
In your Intercom dashboard, access the Developer Hub under Settings and Apps & Integrations. Create a new app, specifying the name and workspace. Select "Internal integration" and create the app.
Access the Webhooks section within the app settings and paste the Squadcast Webhook URL. Choose relevant Webhook topics such as conversation creation, priority updates, and admin closures. Save the settings to complete the integration.
